Our printing system
Our crossbody cases are made using a cutting-edge Mimaki UV printer. Unlike traditional transfer printing, UV printers place the designs directly onto the case, making it fast and flexible. This digital system lets us print 24 different models and designs at once. The printer head moves seamlessly over the case, giving high-resolution designs, while UV lamps dry the ink instantly.
High quality prints embedded in the material
The polycarbonate material is designed to absorb the ink during printing, allowing for vibrant, high-quality colours that truly stand out. Since the print is embedded inside the plastic, it remains scratch-resistant and durable, ensuring your design stays bright and beautiful over time.
Our printing system
Our Tough cases are created using a technique known as sublimation printing. First, your chosen design is printed onto a special film using sublimation inks. Then, the outer layer of the case is removed from the inner layer and placed on a mould. This ensures that the print is evenly distributed, including around the edges.
